MIA COYNE
My work investigates the often-invisible relationships between materials and how they evolve and dissipate. I use ceramic, fabric, textiles, embroidery, installation, and performance to investigate how bodies and living systems are shaped by processes of holding, depletion, transformation, maintenance, and repair.
I am currently researching material properties as collaborators and the way in which these materials interact.
